Training Load Monitoring
& Periodization Planning
Grounded in Sport Science.

We're a group of sport-science and coaching enthusiasts closing the gap between periodization theory and the training floor. ADA Sports turns established models — Bompa/Issurin block periodization, Mujika tapering and the Milišić microcycle framework, ACWR, training monotony and strain — into a tool you actually use every week, not a spreadsheet you dread.

Try it free. No signup, no strings.

Explore a full season plan and weekly training load screens for your sport — nothing is saved, and nothing is linked to athletes. It's a sandbox to get a feel for how ADA Sports works before you commit to anything.

Four essential building blocks.

Grounded in established sport-science models — not generic templates — so what you see here reflects methods coaches already trust.

Periodization Planning

Auto-generate a full season structure from proven models — Bompa block periodization and the Milišić microcycle framework — then adjust freely to fit real training constraints.

Training Load Monitoring

Track session load, weekly volume, monotony, and strain to understand how training stress actually accumulates over time.

Athlete Wellness Feedback

Simple, consistent questionnaires that capture fatigue, soreness, sleep, and stress — translated into usable trends.

Microcycle Review

Review what was planned versus what actually happened each week, identify deviations, and adjust the next cycle with confidence.

Common questions

What is ADA Sports?

ADA Sports is a periodization planning and training load monitoring tool designed for sports coaches. It helps plan full seasons, track weekly training load, monotony and strain, and review each microcycle systematically — all in one place.

Is ADA Sports free to use?

Yes. Try it instantly with no signup — the trial apps run entirely in your browser, store nothing, and don't link to athletes. Create a free account when you're ready to save your season, get the mobile PWA, and link your athletes.

What sports is it designed for?

ADA Sports covers both individual sports (fencing, combat sports, athletics, and more) and team sports, each with its own dedicated planning structure. Try either track free before creating an account.

What's the difference between the free trial and a full account?

The trial is a sandbox — nothing you enter is saved or shared with anyone. A free account stores your season and weekly plans, works as an installable mobile app (PWA), and lets you link athletes, who get their own athlete app to log wellness and see their training.

What training metrics does it track?

ADA Sports tracks session training load (TL), weekly training load (WTL), training monotony, strain index, RPE, session duration, and athlete wellness data including fatigue, soreness, sleep, and stress scores.

How is it different from a spreadsheet?

Unlike spreadsheets, ADA Sports connects your annual plan, mesocycles, and microcycles in one structured system. Load calculations, monotony, and strain are automatic. Weekly reviews compare planned vs actual in seconds.
